A custom marketing site for an IT staffing firm that connects tech companies with rigorously vetted talent — built to establish credibility and convert inbound leads.

The problem

Ali Hill had spent over a decade placing engineers at tech giants and startups. When she launched PrimeLogic in 2021, the business was winning on reputation and referrals — but the web presence wasn't keeping pace. Generic staffing sites all look the same. She needed something that communicated the rigor, the personal approach, and the genuine differentiator: a firm that listens before it recruits.

What I built

A fully custom single-page marketing site — designed, written, and built from scratch. Every section has a specific job: establish credibility, articulate the service model, surface social proof from real clients, and drive contact. No templates, no page builders, no filler.

Design direction

The site uses a dark navy hero with a gold serif accent — intentionally more editorial than typical staffing firms, which tend toward generic SaaS blues and stock photography. The content sections open into a clean cream background, letting the typography breathe. The visual tone says "this is a serious firm" without screaming "enterprise."

The result

PrimeLogic now has a web presence that matches the quality of the work they do. The intake form has become the primary channel for new client inquiries, replacing ad-hoc email and phone outreach. The site positions the firm clearly against larger, more generic agencies — and gives Ali a professional foundation to send prospects to before any first call.
